HOA Dues

With the exception of property tax and homeowners insurance, monthly dues cover almost everything, including utilities, wifi, maintenance, reserve fund, and discretionary funds for community life activities, cleaning of common spaces, and landscaping. We are proud of our healthy reserve fund, and sustainability measures to keep costs low and carbon footprint down, such as aggregated utility costs, solar panels and solar water heater. Monthly dues range from $401 to $822 depending on the size of a condo and number of people living in the condo.
